Description

Gytis Arošius (g. 1996) – tapytojas, kurio kinematografiški, atmosferiški darbai įkvėpti brutalistinės ir utopinės architektūros, pramoninių konstrukcijų bei karinio transporto estetikos. Savo kūryboje menininkas plėtoja retrofuturistines temas, tyrinėja artėjančių katastrofų nuojautą ir technologinio pasaulio keliamą įtampą. Arošiaus darbuose architektūra ir mašinerija tampa metaforomis šiuolaikinio žmogaus būsenoms ir bandymu racionaliai suprasti civilizacijos nuosmukio jausmą.
