Henrikas Čerapas (b. 1952) is a painter and member of the group Angis. His work is grounded in neo-expressionist painting, marked by subdued, earthy palettes, expressive brushwork, and imagery often reduced to essential structures and sign-like forms. He frequently works in cycles, exploring relationships between space and time while developing underlying narrative threads. His practice also reflects on objecthood, the illusion of depth and flatness, and the painting as an object in itself.
